BITS School of Management, often known as BITSOM, is the fifth campus of BITS Pilani and was established in 2021. The institute is accredited by the UGC. In 2025, Collegedunia placed BITSOM in the 28th spot in the MBA category ranking. The premier course offered by BITSOM is the MBA program. For the 2026 batch, the total fee for this program is set at INR 28.55 lakhs. To be eligible for admission, candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university. The selection process includes scores from CAT, GMAT, or GRE, followed by a profile-based evaluation, which involves essay writing. Those who make it through this round will be invited for a personal interview. The placement report for BITSOM in 2025 hasn't yet been published. However, insights from the 2024 Placement Report reveal that the highest salary package reached INR 50 LPA, with an average package of INR 23.41 LPA and a median of INR 24 LPA for the MBA batch. Of the 131 students who participated, 119 secured job offers from 41 different companies. Impressively, 77%, equating to 92 students, received packages of INR 20 LPA or more. Major recruiters in the placement drive included well-known companies such as Accenture Strategy, Arthur D. Little, BCG, EY, KPMG, and McKinsey & Company, among others.
