Established in 2003, the college is affiliated with the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, and holds the essential approval from the Dental Council of India (DCI), which ensures the quality and standard of its dental education. The college primarily offers the undergraduate Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program, a five-year course that includes a mandatory one-year paid rotating internship. For those looking to specialize further, RRDCH also provides postgraduate Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degrees in various dental specialities. Admission to the flagship BDS course is based on the NEET-UG entrance exam score, with seat allocation managed through state-level counselling. Similarly, entry into MDS programs requires a valid NEET-MDS rank. For the 2025 academic session, the annual tuition fee for the BDS program under the management quota is expected to be approximately ₹3.5 lakhs. Unlike engineering colleges, dental institutions do not have a traditional campus placement model. Instead, the focus is on clinical proficiency. While specific placement statistics for 2025 or 2026 are not applicable, graduates typically have a high rate of engagement post-internship. Most either go on to pursue higher studies by preparing for NEET-MDS, join established private or government hospitals as dental surgeons, or begin setting up their own private clinical practice, which is a very common and rewarding career path for dental graduates.
