The Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL) at IIT Kharagpur is a unique law school in India, established within an IIT ecosystem. It is renowned for its focus on the intersection of technology and law, especially in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights, offering a flagship 3-year LL.B. (Hons.) degree. Admission to the prestigious LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Law program for the 2026 session is conducted through a dedicated entrance examination organized by IIT Kharagpur. To be eligible, candidates must hold a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Medicine, or equivalent.
