

NICMAR Pune, officially known as the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, was established in 1984 as a private institution. Situated in Pune, it also has branches in Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. The institute provides Postgraduate Programs (PGP) similar to MBA degrees, focusing on Construction and Management, Engineering Project Management, Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management, as well as Infrastructure Finance Development and Management. Recently, NICMAR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BEXEL Consulting Pvt Ltd, guided by Professor Anil Kashyap. Their case writing workshop garnered such interest that it quickly reached full capacity, closing registrations shortly after they opened. Admissions for NICMAR's PGP/MBA courses require the NCAT entrance exam, considering academic history, work experience, and interview performances. Additionally, NICMAR provides full-time and part-time programs, including an Online Post Graduate Programme in Project Management for Working Professionals and part-time PGPs in Construction and Project Management for professionals.
