The Department of Management Sciences, known as PUMBA, was founded in 1971 in Pune as the official MBA department at Pune University. Over the years, it has enhanced PUMBA's reputation by consistently producing skilled young professionals. Nestled within the 414 acres of greenery at Pune University, PUMBA provides an ideal environment for shaping future managers. Accredited with an 'A' grade and five stars by NAAC, PUMBA offers BBA and MBA courses, with a capacity of 360 students. Admissions to the MBA are based on the MAH-CET, while the MBA Pharma-Biotech program accepts ATMA scores. Important dates for PUMBA's admission process in 2025 include deadlines in July and September 2024 for international and NRI candidates. The ATMA exam for MBA Pharma-Biotech is slated for May or June 2024, with applications starting in early May.
