New Horizon College of Engineering in Bangalore, often referred to as NHCE Bangalore, is an autonomous institution. It has approval from both the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC), while being affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Bangalore. Founded in 2001, NHCE is recognized by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and boasts an 'A' grade accreditation by NAAC. By 2025, Collegedunia ranked the college 358th in the engineering category, while QS I-Gauge awarded it a Diamond Rating in the same year. NHCE Bangalore provides both undergraduate and postgraduate programs, mainly offering B.Tech and MBA degrees. The B.Tech program is available in five different specializations, with admissions based on merit and the KCET Exam, followed by counselling.
