Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology (Dr. AIT), situated in Bangalore, is an autonomous engineering college founded in 1980 by the Late Shri M H Jayaprakash Narayan. It is managed by the Panchajanya Vidya Peetha Welfare Trust and sits on a 26-acre lush campus. Dr. AIT is endorsed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
