Hospital Wing: This wing includes a hospital that houses 253 beds and functions as a tertiary referral center for ailments related to the heart, chest, and nervous system. It features a highly qualified team comprising doctors, nurses, and other paramedical staff. Equipped with advanced and modern facilities, the hospital is well-prepared for both diagnosis and treatment using state-of-the-art instruments. Biomedical Technology Wing: Known as the BMT Wing, this division is based at Satelmond Palace in Poojappura, Trivandrum. It boasts a culturally rich and varied team that specializes in the development, research, and training of medical devices. Its activities span areas like medical devices, biomaterials, biocompatibility, tissue engineering, product incubation, and commercialization. Achutha Menon Centre for Health Science Studies: The AMCHSS is esteemed as a center of excellence in the field of public health. It delves into research areas such as non-communicable diseases, gender and health, health policy, and management. The center provides programs including a Master of Public Health (MPH), Diploma in Public Health (DPH), Ph.D., as well as certification and short public health courses.
