Here are some notable achievements: Dr. R Sirisha, an Associate Professor in the Physiology department, participated as a Chairperson in the National CME & Conference on Atomic Neurosciences Workshop held at GIMS in Gadag, Karnataka. Dr. C Padmavathi Devi, Professor and Head of the Pathology department, has been appointed as the Editor in Chief for the Journal of DR.NTRUHS, Vijayawada. In the Orthopaedics department, Dr. B Mrudula, an Assistant Professor, received the Vyaghreswarudu Gold Medal for consultants in the OSSAPCON event held in Vijayawada. Dr. M D Dilip, a postgraduate student in the ENT department, won a Gold Medal for the best poster on TB otitis Media at the AOIPACON Annual State Conference in Ananthapuram. Dr. S Dharini, another PG student in DVL, secured 1st Prize for a poster presentation on a case report of lipoid proteinosis at CUTICON in Vijayawada. Dr. Aswina, a PG student in TBCD, achieved the 1st prize in paper presentations at APTCCON for a study on the prevalence of genetic patterns in INH Resistant TB cases and their link with other TB drug resistances. In Anaesthesiology, Dr. S K Fathimunnisa, a PG student, won the 1st Prize for a paper presentation at a State conference in Amalapuram on 18th, 19th, and 20th October. Dr. Shiva Kumar from Urology became the second topper in the M Ch (Urology) examination conducted by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in Vijayawada. Lastly, Dr. P Radha Kumari, a Professor in the Community Medicine department, was honored with an Associate Fellowship from the Andhra Pradesh Academy of Sciences, Amaravathi.
