CCSHAU offers a wide array of facilities for its students. The university ensures separate hostels for both male and female students, though this does not apply to Diploma students. These hostels come with modern amenities like WiFi, LCD TVs with dish connections, solar water heaters, gas supply, essential furniture, EPABX phone systems, a canteen, water purifiers, and table tennis equipment. The university's library is another highlight, boasting a collection of approximately 3.18 lakh books, along with 718 journals from India and abroad. It features six reading halls that provide a comfortable setting for 650 students to read and study simultaneously. For practical learning, CCSHAU has state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with advanced tools such as PCR machines, FT-IR, Electron Microscopes, X-ray diffraction instruments, and more. When it comes to sports, the university doesn't fall short either. It houses two indoor badminton courts capable of accommodating 600 spectators, two indoor squash courts, hobby rooms, and two multipurpose gymnasiums. Medical facilities at the university are comprehensive, featuring a 50-bed hospital on the main campus in Hisar, and three additional dispensaries at other locations, including College of Agriculture, Kaul (Kaithal), and Regional Research Stations in Karnal and Bawal. The main hospital operates with five doctors and a dentist, providing round-the-clock medical services to students, staff, and visitors.
